We hired Martin to help us design, blueprint and permit a rather substantial addition to our classic central Phoenix ranch home. Our initial project scope was pretty limited and consisted of adding to our master bedroom and guest bedroom. By the time we were finished designing the addition the project morphed into changing our entry, connecting the main house to the detached garage, redoing the exterior and adding a second story. Martin was helpful, resourceful and most importantly patient with the reworks. He was mindful with the rooflines of the additions to make sure they matched the existing home. This made the addition appear as though it had been there all along.

The kicker was when the construction plans were produced and submitted for plan review there were no changes required. Normally plans review, code review, engineering or zoning will find something that would need to be corrected or changed, which ends up taking a lot of time. I have done a number of additions, and this was the only review that was approved without revisions.

We would highly recommended Martin for any of your design and/or architectural needs. The finished project came out better than we could’ve imagined and much of the credit goes to Martin and his dedication to the project and ensuring it all worked together flawlessly.
